High-performance thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer pellets combining rubber-like elasticity with thermoplastic processability. Excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and low-temperature flexibility.

【Typical Applications】

Seals and gaskets, industrial hoses, wire & cable sheathing, automotive components, 3D printing flexible parts, sportswear, medical devices.

【Processing Recommendations】

• 3D Printing Temperature: 210-240°C
• Bed Temperature: 50-70°C
• Injection Molding Temperature: 190-230°C
• Mold Temperature: 20-60°C
• Drying: 2-3 hours at 80-90°C before processing (TPU is hygroscopic)
